FEASTING FOR O&A’S EAST LONDON WAREHOUSE WEDDING
O&A asked us to provide them with a sharing feast for their friends and family at their Autumn Wedding.
They started with Charcuterie boards made up of Cobble Lane Cured and La Latteria cheeses, grilled and pickled vegetables, focaccia and olives. Their main was a barbecued brisket of beef with chimichurri, confit potatoes and a salad of kale and pickled onions in a buttermilk dressing, covered in beef fat breadcrumbs.
Pudding was their favourite, Sticky Toffee Pudding with clotted cream.
